1. We mostly ship ordered products, as fresh, from the production site in Pakistan, using national postal carriers
2. Some orders can be shipped from another locations to improve the efficacy of the logistics
3. We offer shipping worldwide, however some areas can be temporarily unavailable due to carrier-related restrictions
4. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of unavailability of shipping services. Cancelled orders are fully refunded immediately.
5. We provide tracking numbers for all shipped orders. Availability of tracking service may be restricted by some carriers.
6. We declare an estimated delivery time in 4 weeks after purchase. It can be different, depending on the destination and carriage-related conditions.
7. Customers are responsible for:
a) providing an accurate delivery address, when placing an order
b) completion of any import procedures, if required by the law of the destination country. It can include paying customs or taxes.
c) acceptance of a delivery. Depending on a carrier's policy it may sometimes require collecting it at a post office or another pick-up point, or answering a phone call from the carrier.
8. Refunds for orders returned by carriers as unclaimed, refused, undeliverable, or because of any other reason lying in the customer's responsibility, can be reduced by the shipping and return costs.
9. Possibility of changing a delivery address once an order is shipped, depends on the carrier's policy. In most cases it can be unavailable or extra paid service. We recommend to set delivery address at a place where your delivery can be accepted anytime within two months following your order.
