JAR OPENING TIPS
The product comes in food graded glass jars or silicon packing (largest sizes). Run warm water over the jar so you can open it easily. Shilajit becomes a paste at normal temperature so keep this in refrigerator or in standing position for an hour before you open the cap of the jar so it settles down and won't get stuck with the cap of the jar. We add 2 - 5 grams extra to compensate any wastage on opening.

How to Return the Product?

Few lines about why you want to return the product will help us to improve our quality of service and future directions. Our support staff will guide you on product return address. Once the product is dispatched back from your end, we will initiate the full refund.
Payment Returns Gateway
At Himalayan Healing (Pvt) Ltd, we have a simple policy for refund. You get your payment returned to the same account you used for purchase. If you paid via credit card, the payment will be credited back to that same card. PayPal transfers are refunded through PayPal. It is important to note that shipping costs are non-refundable. The payment will be credited after we receive and inspect the product you have returned, which typically takes about 5-7 business days.
